Our yarns are hand-dyed in our workshop using artisan techniques, specializing in original self-striping patterns and vibrant semi-solid colors on high-quality natural fibers.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy for yarn and needles?
We accept returns on unused, unopened yarn in its original skein form within 30 days of purchase. Please note that knitting needles and digital patterns are final sale.
Are the colors of the yarn exactly as they appear on the screen?
While we strive for color accuracy, hand-dyed yarns have natural variations between batches. Additionally, monitor settings may slightly alter the appearance of hues.
Can I request a specific dye lot for my project?
We always do our best to pull skeins from the same dye lot for a single order. If you need to match a previous purchase, please contact us with the dye lot number.
How should I care for my hand-knitted garments?
We recommend hand-washing your knits in cold water with a mild wool soap and laying them flat to dry, even if the yarn is labeled as machine washable (superwash).
