At Les Laines Biscotte Yarns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your knitting and crochet supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your yarn is in its original skein form with labels intact and has not been wound, used, or exposed to smoke or odors.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible and include a copy of your invoice or the RMA form inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
